User Data Deletion

To delete personal data that Syntrax Technologies holds about you, including data from Syntrax Auto or Syntrax eCard:

1. Email info@syntrax.co.tz with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Include the email or phone number you used with us.
3. We confirm deletion within 7 business days, unless the law requires us to keep a record.

If you remove Syntrax eCard from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, email us the same request so we can delete related tokens and logs on our server.
