Who we are

What information we collect
- Name, phone number, email, and messages you send through our website, WhatsApp, or email.
- Business details needed to quote or deliver a service (for example school, hosting, or SMS requirements).
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited on our websites.
- If you connect a Syntrax-owned Facebook Page, Instagram, or other official Meta account to Syntrax Auto, we receive Page tokens and engagement on that account only (posts, comments, and Page messages). We do not collect data from other people’s accounts.
How we use that information
- To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes (prices stay human-approved).
- To deliver hosting, SMS, software, and support that you asked for.
- To operate Syntrax Auto on Syntrax-owned social accounts using official APIs.
- To keep our websites and servers secure.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use Meta Platform Data to build shadow profiles of people who are not Syntrax customers.
How to request deletion of your data
Email info@syntrax.co.tz with the subject “Delete my data”. We will delete personal data we hold about you unless we must keep it for a legal or billing reason. You can also use syntrax.co.tz/data-deletion.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run email, hosting, or official Meta/TikTok/X APIs, and only as required to provide the service. We do not share Syntrax customer data for advertising to third parties.
